Dear Japanese colleagues and friends:
The Organizing Committee of ISBS2011 wish to express to all of you our deepest solidarity for the terrible historical moments you and your country are experiencing. Please be as strong as the history of your brave people showed you are expected to be, and recover as soon as possible!

NEW FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 8th of March!
Dear author:
Please try to submit the final version of your paper as soon as possible, if possible until the 1st of March!
Nevertheless, once some of you were not yet notified by the Scientific Commission (we will do it a.s.a.p.), we are forced to postpone the final submission deadline until the 8th of March!
To upload the final version of the article just go to your author area and under "REVIEW" (not "summary") go down the page until the "Director Decision" and upload the file at "Upload Author Version". Afterwards, a filename should appear in front of "Author Version".
